What's Included

What Can It Do

Lite Version:

• Sync the completion status
• Sync changes to the Due Date
• Sync the list name
• Initially sync the notes field
• Avoid creating duplicates based off the 'title' of the task

Pro Version:

• Sync the same properties as the Lite version
• Avoid creating duplicates based off the 'URL' of the task
• Sync the priority of the task
• Sync changes to the title field
• Add a direct link to the respective Notion page in the URL field of the reminder
• Automatically delete completed tasks (optional)
• Includes a 'Quick Add' shortcut to quickly create a new reminder and add it to Notion

Limitations

• Due to formatting differences, the 'Notes' field will only transfer over during the first sync for a task
• The time in the ‘Due Date’ property of Notion must be increments of 5 since Apple Reminders does not allow anything else
• An internet connection will be required for a sync to take place
• For the benefit of 'sync time' the shortcut will only check for pages and reminders edited or created on the day the shortcut is run, so the shortcut should be run at least once a day
  • The time it takes to run the shortcut will vary depending on how many tasks you have
• Since the Pro version bases it's checks on the URL field, any existing URL's in an Apple Reminder will be replaced
• Full edit access to the selected Notion database and reminders is required
• IMPORTANT: Due to Notion’s “Last Edited Time” not including seconds you will need to wait ~1 minute before changes can be made to a task/reminder for it to sync across
