Adding to your Notion Journal has never been easier

Run either the 'Text to Notion Journal' shortcut or the 'Speak to Notion Journal' shortcut and your new entry will be automatically added to the current days journal with a timestamp.

Reflect at the end of the day

Run the 'Review Notion Journal' shortcut to rate the day, select a mood, and enter an overview of your day.
The shortcut will then open the days journal entry in Notion for you to review.
